SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

We can not send parcels to PO BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.


UK SHIPPING: 

  • We use Royal Mail to Ship All Items to the UK. 
  • Everything we send out is ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS SIGNED. Both estimate 1-3 days. 
  • If you have not received your order in 4 working days from dispatch email please contact us.
  • Royal Mail 1st class does not always mean next day.
  • PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for incorrect imputed information at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped. You will have to wait until the package has returned back at our warehouse before we can send it again. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE - Yaayyy!!!
  • We ship all our items via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL STANDARD non tracked service. 
  • Please allow 5-15 working days to receive your item. Average delivery is up to 10 working days.
  • If you have not received your item in 15 working days please email glitterplanet@hotmail.com with your full name and order number. Please allow up to 2 day response time. 
  • Please allow due to time difference 1 day to process your order before it will be shipped.
  • Some international orders have taken as long as 25 working days to arrive, unfortunately we don't have any control over this.
  • Our shipping costs are based on weight & Size of products.

  • Glitter Planet will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes applied are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.

HOLIDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS

During holidays, busy periods and adverse weather conditions you may experience delays. This is due to the postal service. We will always aim to get all parcels out for delivery within two working days wherever possible.
