We can not send parcels to PO BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you still choose to send to a P.O Box do so at your own risk - your parcel will not be insured or guaranteed for delivery via Royal Mail. We will not be liable for any lost parcels if you choose send to a P.O Box address.
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Website access
It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
Shipping
Your order will be processed within 2 working days, for international orders allow an extra 24 hours due to time differences. You can find our shipping information here.
Cancellations, Amendments, returns and refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order if it hasn't yet been dispatched.
Your right to cancel an order from Glitter Planet starts the moment you place your order but it must be cancelled before your order is dispatched.
Cancellation after dispatch can not be accepted.
If your order has been marked as dispatched but has not yet left our warehouse you have the right to cancel but will not be refunded P&P and Glitter Planet reserves the right to add a handling fee.
Once you have submitted an order we cannot amend an order or add to it.
If an Item is out of stock - If an item you purchase goes out of stock it will automatically be refunded to the same account you paid with. You will be notified if this happens.
I received the wrong item - If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packing and packing slip to help us resolve this.
Missing Item - If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your query via email to info@glitterplanetuk.com including clear pictures of your packing slip. We will deal with the problem accordingly. Thankyou.
Returns
At this time Glitter Planet can not accept returns for all items due to the nature of some of our products. If opened these products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination and not fit for re sale. Please message us to find out if your item qualifies for a return.
For items that are able to returned they must be unused and in the same condition as when your purchased them. We can not accept ANY returns on items that have been used or 'tested'.
Returns if your item arrives damaged - You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process your return - Once we receive this information we will resolve the problem asap for you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Glitter Planet’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Glitter Planet through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Glitter Planet. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Liability claims
Glitter Planet UK total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Glitter Planet UK will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything.
