Each deluxe pot contains approx 10g of Nail Mate™ elite art powder
We recommend applying a clear base of acrylic and using them as a design powder and to cap in crystal clear acrylic to create strength. We LOVE and can recommend our Nail Mate™crystal clear acrylic. We also recommend a clear base of acrylic to stop any staining of the natural nail. Our coloured acrylics can be used with your monomer of choice, however we recommend our Premium adhesive monomer.

Royal Mail Strike action and delays.
The recent strike actions happening at Royal Mail is causing delays on some of our 'Royal Mail' parcels. This is due to the strikes That began on Thursday 24th/Friday 25th November leading into the Black Friday weekend, then again on Wednesday 30th November and the Thursday 1st December. Due to the way the dates fall the collection of most parcels was on Tuesday 29th November. We have been on the phone to Royal Mail and they have advised that they are working through their back log as fast as possible, we are awaiting updates to tracking information across many of our parcels and your parcel will say 'we're expecting it' or 'sender preparing item' until they reach the parcel and scan It onto their system. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we are doing everything we can to keep up with the current situation. You parcel has shipped out and its with Royal Mail and hopefully it will be updated and delivered soon.
We can not ship to P.O BOX addresses
We can not send parcels to PO BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you do still choose to add a P.O Box address to your order it is at your own risk as we can not guarantee delivery. If you see this notice after placing your order then please email us and we will do our best to change and amend the address before it ships but we cannot guarantee this will be done in time.

You will be able shop VAT Free on our website and your customs service will collect VAT when your parcel enters Ireland. You will see all items excluding 20% Vat on the website.
If you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned, when we receive the parcel back the charge will be deducted from the refund as this will be billed to us.

As an EU Customer you no longer pay VAT through our website. The VAT will be applied at customs, please check your countries details for more specific information on this. All EU parcels are subject to customs fees. Please take this into account when making a purchase on our website as we can not be held responsible for any fees they may apply. If you do not accept the package and pay the cost of customs fees we will deduct the cost of fee's and the shipping cost from your refund as we will then be responsible to pay the charges in order to receive the return.
We offer un-tracked and tracked shipping within the UK. Please make sure to choose the shipping method you want. If you haven't been sent any tracking updates regarding your purchase this may mean you have selected standard shipping which is not tracked, we will not be able to provide any tracking on these orders and your will need to wait for your parcel to be delivered. If you want a fully tracked service then please select DPD or UPS from the shipping option menu.
We use DPD, UPS & Royal Mailto Ship Items to the UK. For extended postcodes we useRoyal Mail, however if you have liquids in your basket it will go with DPD or UPS.
All the parcels are sent via DPD Next Day from your dispatch confirmation email (this does not include weekend delivery) and ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS SIGNED. PLEASE NOTE : The delivery times are expected but not guaranteed.
Free shipping over a £59 spend applies to most of the UK, small exclusions apply due to zone charges from our shipping company. Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland are effected. Free shipping occurs in these area's at £90.00 min order value if your order includes any if the acrylic system.
During busy periods parcels can take from 1-2 days for processing and dispatch.
