Tips for using our Neon Pigment
- Use our Neon Pigment over your preferred gel colour or top coat.
- Rub in to the tacky layer until a desirable effect is created using a sponge, brush or silicone tool. The effect will be different according to the base color applied.
- After you have applied the pigment, use a dust brush to clean any excess pigments on the surface of the nail and around the finger.
- Apply a super gloss top gel over the top to finish.
