Perfect pastel blue, amazing for my icy blue sets
Normally I’m not a fan of Blue but this pastel shade is absolutely gorgeous. Teamed with a matte top coat, it looks so pretty and I love to use this on nails that I do a 3D White Flower on because the contrast is just *chefs kiss* 😍🤣 the formula is incredible as always!
