Cancellations, Amendments, returns and refunds


When purchasing from Glitter Planet Limited you have a right to return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be sent back as new. You will receive a full refund for your order/product(s) when they are received. 

Returns if your item arrives damaged - You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process your return - Once we receive this information we will resolve the problem asap for you.

All customers have the right to cancel their order if it hasn't yet been dispatched.

Your right to cancel an order from Glitter Planet starts the moment you place your order but it must be cancelled before your order is dispatched or this will result in the order having to be returned.

Cancellation after dispatch can not be accepted.

If your order has been marked as dispatched but has not yet left our warehouse you have the right to cancel but will not be refunded P&P and Glitter Planet reserves the right to add a handling fee.

Once you have submitted an order we cannot amend an order or add to it.

If an Item is out of stock - If an item you purchase goes out of stock it will automatically be refunded to the same account you paid with. You will be notified if this happens. 

I received the wrong item - If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packing and packing slip to help us resolve this.

Missing Item - If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your query via email to including clear pictures of your packing slip. We will deal with the problem accordingly. Thankyou.
