We use DPDto Ship All Items to the UK. For extended postcodes we useRoyal Mail, however if you have liquids in your basket it will go with DPD.
All the parcels are sent via DPD Next Day from your dispatch confirmation email (this does not include weekend delivery) and ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS SIGNED. PLEASE NOTE : The delivery times are expected but not guaranteed.
Free shipping over a certain amount spent applies to most of the UK, small exclusions apply due to zone charges from our shipping company. Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland are effected. Free shipping occurs in these area's at £120 min order value if your order includes any if the acrylic system.
During busy periods parcels can take from 1-2 days for processing and dispatch.

Please allow 5-15 working days to receive your item. Average delivery is up to 10 working days.

Some Royal Mail international orders have taken as long as 25 working days to arrive due to the countries strict customs, unfortunately we don't have any control over this. if you are in a rush please do select express shipping if available.
